Booking Charges / Details


Please note that there is a £1.50 booking fee per transaction on all tickets purchased online or by phone. (This applies to tickets booked via Festival website and box office phone number. For tickets booked with other venues, charges may vary.)

No Exchange or Refund

Once purchased, tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded for any reason except in case of cancellation of a performance by the festival.

Discounts

Festival Discounts :
Always check the Festival web site for latest 2 for 1 offers and other last minute discounts. Some discounts and offers only available through the Belfast Festival Main Box Office. (Double discounts do not apply)

Standard Concession :

Where there are two prices listed for an event, the cheaper price is normally a concession price available on tickets purchased for full time students, senior citizens, disability badge holders and the unemployed. Proof required. There is a limited number of concession tickets available at events offered.

Disability :

If you are disabled and require a personal assistant, you are entitled to the concession price (if one is available for your chosen event) and your personal assistant goes free!

Group Discounts :

For every 10 tickets purchased you get another FREE! (Tickets must be purchased in one transaction. Discount not applicable to certain events.)

E.G Purchase 10 tickets the 11th person goes free : Purchase 22 tickets the 21st and 22nd go free)


Disability Access :

Discounts - please read info above on ticket discount offers for disabled customers

Booking Tickets - please inform our Box Office staff if you are a wheelchair user or if you have mobility difficulties, visual impairment, or hearing impairment requiring the use of an induction loop. This will allow us to inform our Front of House staff and ensure you are seated in the most appropriate place.
