Ulster Museum
Close to Queen's University, the Ulster Museum offers diverse collections in art, archaeology, local history and natural sciences. Currently undergoing major redevelopment, the museum is due to re-open in October 2009.
- From Botanic Station, 5 mins walk. Leave the station, turn left and take the first street on your right heading around the corner on which Metro bar is located. Proceed into the main road (University Road), past the University main building and take the first left fork, which is called Stranmillis Road. The Ulster Museum is the first building on the left hand side.
- 15 mins walk from depot, leave Great Victoria Street Station/Europa Bus Centre, turn right into Great Victoria Street, follow the street until it leads onto University Road. Proceed straight ahead, past the University main building and take the first left fork, which is called Stranmillis Road. The Ulster Museum is the first building on the left hand side.
