Community Ticket Scheme

The Ulster Bank Belfast Festival at Queen’s has 1,000 tickets available to community groups and registered charities in Northern Ireland. They will be offered on a first come, first served basis. Please fill in the details below, return the form to us and we will let you know whether or not you  have been successful!

Promotion Terms and Conditions

(a)    Promotion is open to all Community Groups and Registered Charities in Northern Ireland.  The person applying for tickets must be aged 18 or over. Promotion not open to employees of Ulster Bank Group, their families or anyone associated with this promotion.

(b)   One entry per person. Entries are not returnable. Entries must be submitted via http://www.belfastfestival.com or by completing the Community Ticket Scheme Application Form and posting the application form to Ulster Bank Belfast Festival at Queen’s, 8 Fitzwilliam Street, BELFAST BT9 6AW. All entries must be received by 5pm on Friday 23 September 2011.

(c)    No purchase necessary.

(d)   Entries not submitted in accordance with these rules, delayed, damaged, incomplete, altered or illegible will be disqualified. No responsibility is accepted for entries lost, delayed or damaged in the post. Proof of posting will not be accepted as proof of entry.

Successful applicants will be selected on a first come, first served basis.  Each prize consists of between four and twenty tickets.  There are 1000 tickets available in total for the following six events, all taking place as part of the Ulster Bank Belfast Festival at Queen’s in October 2011:

You will be asked to specify your top three preferences and tickets are subject to availability. If tickets for your top three preferences are not available you will be allocated tickets for one of the other listed performances subject to availability.  Successful applicants must abide by any age restrictions listed it the Festival brochure. Where applicable seats will be allocated on a first come first served basis.  Transport will be provided to and from the venue for those successful applicants who live outside a 20 mile radius of Belfast city centre. Tickets are not transferable and no cash alternative is available. Ulster Bank’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

(e)    Successful applicants will be informed by e-mail by Wednesday 28 September 2011 and will  receive their tickets by post shortly after. Information about the successful applicants will be available when sending an SAE to “Ulster Bank Belfast Festival at Queen’s Community Ticket Promotion Winner List” at the address given in condition (b) above.

(f)    Successful applicants agree to take part in publicity in connection with this promotion.

(g)    If a prize is unclaimed after reasonable efforts have been made to contact a successful applicant the promoter will be entitled to dispose of the prize as it sees fit without any liability to a successful applicant for having done so.

(h)   The promoter reserves the right to alter, amend or foreclose the promotion without prior notice.
