Community Ticket Scheme
The Ulster Bank Belfast Festival at Queen’s has a number of tickets available to community groups and registered charities in Northern Ireland. They will be offered on prize draw basis. Please fill in the details below, return the form to us and we will let you know whether or not you have been successful!
Community Ticket Scheme
(a) Prize Draw is open to all Community Groups and Registered Charities in Northern Ireland. The person applying for tickets must be aged 18 or over. Draw not open to employees of Ulster Bank Group, their families or anyone associated with this promotion.
(b) One entry per community group/registered charity. Entries are not returnable. Entries must be submitted via http://www.belfastfestival.com or to Ulster Bank Belfast Festival at Queen’s, Community Ticket Promotion, Freepost BEL3414, Belfast BT2 7BR by 5pm on Friday 12th October 2012.
(c) No purchase necessary.
(d) Entries not submitted in accordance with these rules, delayed, damaged, incomplete, altered or illegible will be disqualified. No responsibility is accepted for entries lost, delayed or damaged in the post. Proof of posting will not be accepted as proof of entry.
(e) Winners will be drawn at random on Monday 15th October 2012. Each prize consists of between four and twenty tickets which will be allocated at the discretion of Ulster Bank Belfast Festival at Queen's. There are 400 tickets available in total for the following four events, all taking place as part of the Ulster Bank Belfast Festival at Queen's:

You will be asked to specify your four preferences for the above events and tickets will be allocated subject to availability. Successful applicants must abide by any age restrictions listed in the Festival brochure. Where applicable seats will be allocated on a first come first served basis. Transport will be provided to and from the venue for those successful applicants who live outside a 30 mile radius of Belfast city centre. Tickets are not transferable and no cash alternative is available. Ulster Bank’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
(f) Successful applicants will be informed by telephone and email, and will receive their tickets by Thursday 18th October 2012, when information about the successful applicants will be available by sending an SAE to "Ulster Bank Belfast Festival at Queen’s Community Ticket Promotion Winner List" at the address given in condition (b) above.
(g) Successful applicants agree to take part in publicity in connection with this promotion.
(h) If a prize is unclaimed after reasonable efforts have been made to contact a successful applicant the promoter will be entitled to dispose of the prize as it sees fit without any liability to a successful applicant for having done so.
(i) The promoter reserves the right to alter, amend or foreclose the promotion without prior notice.
